She attended the Killer Of The Flower Moon premiere at Cannes 2023 wearing an off-shoulder Schiaparelli jersey gown, from the brand's Spring/Summer RTW 2023 couture. The white number featured ruched pleating which encased her frame like a second skin. Those vertical draped panels, cascading to the floor, were suspended from a golden chain-link halter neckline of a pierced casting of a Surrealist Face. Natasha, for her accessories, stayed true to striking gold Schiaparelli jewels, including a pierced visage cuff bracelet and bursting eye ring. She also carried a gold box clutch. Centre-parted open wavy locks suited the look well. Black and gold double-winged eyeliner, subtle eye shadow, feathered brows, as well as ample mascara were the key elements of her dramatic eye makeup. Glossy rose pink lips, along with sharp contouring, on a dewy base rounded off her glam.

Natasha made heads turn in a silver metallic Schiaparelli dress. The elongated, dramatic sharp ear-like edges of the structured bodycon number paid a tribute to Karl's cat, Choupette. Her well-defined and sleek low ponytail hairdo with a silver hanging detail over it gave the finishing touches to the dramatic ensemble. With her dewy skin and perfectly winged eyeliner, Natasha proved that she truly is a Met Gala veteran.
