While the internet is never tired of talking about Rajinikanth's work, the actor has shifted his focus from Jailer to Thalaivar 170. As per the latest update, Rajinikanth underwent a look test to finalise his getup in the film. The hair and beard of the superstar in Thalaivar 170 will be styled by celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim. Notably, Aalim also styled the superstar in Jailer as well. The hairstylist shared a photograph with Rajinikanth on Instagram and his sharp and clean look is worth a few mentions, for sure. The actor's trimmed beard and cropped hairstyle suited his widely known charming and charismatic personality. It took a few years off the star too making it a perfect addition to his stylebook of evergreen looks.

Before embracing the new look, Rajinikanth wrapped up the shooting of his daughter's directorial comeback Lal Salaam in which the southern film star will be playing the role of Moideen Bhai. Here, the cast and crew celebrated the “wrap for Moideen Bhai” on the sets of Lal Salaam. The actor – decked up in an all-white ensemble - is seen hugging his daughter as they pose for the lens. To complete the look the superstar sported an all-black beard and moustache contrasting with his white hair.
Rajinikanth has joined hands with ace filmmaker TJ Gnanavel for his 170th film. Officially launched a few months ago, the pre-production work of Thalaivar has reached the final stage. This superstar of Indian cinema will next be seen in the much-awaited action-thriller Jailer. The pan-India film is all set to release on August 10.
