Even on her exotic Italian vacation, Taylor makes sure to keep up with her fitness standards. Her social media stands as proof that she is very fond of running and a daily 3-mile run kick-starts her fitness regime. Abiding by the same, her latest Instagram entry speaks volumes of her dedication towards fitness. In the clip, Taylor jogged three miles in the sun. The video revealed that only after finishing two miles, Taylor was short of breath. But she continued further to finish her three miles. As a steep hill comes her way, she covers it by walking and not running. After completing her miles, Taylor took a dip in a pool to cool herself. Now that's how you do fitness with style. Her caption read, “Still getting out there! Listening to my body, pushing myself but not too hard in this heat. Most importantly just trying to move.”

Last month, Taylor treated her Instagram family to another video, giving a sneak peek into her pre-run prep routine. She had her game face on for those three miles again, but this time, it wasn't under the blazing sun. Grey athleisure looked great on her.

When it comes to her workout, Taylor Hill is very particular about the “No days off” rule. She dropped a series of pictures, giving a glance at her high-intensity interval training. She was seen burning fat, and boosting stamina with dumbbells, balance ball and resistance bands.
