Prisoners die in Bangalore hospitals

Bangalore: Two prisoners, serving life terms formurder in Parapana Agrahara Central Prison, died at twodifferent hospitals in the city.

The deceased, 67-year-old Beeranagi Kemparayappa and71-year-old Thambaiah, were undergoing treatment at BowringHospital and Kidwai Cancer Hospital respectively for last fewdays, Parapana Agrahara Central Prison Superintendent T HLaxminarayan said.

Kemparayappa completed 26 months of his life termwhile Thambaiah 22 months, he said.
