Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the marks of Junior Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contract) Examination 2017. Candidates who have received their results on June 22, 2018 can now check their marks on the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in. Candidates shall have to use their roll number/ registration number and password. Candidates who have forgotten their password can also generate it online. The online link will be active till September 9, 2018.
A total of 225723 had appeared for Civil, 149758 for Electrical and 194449 for Mechanical disciplines had appeared in the first paper of SSC JE exam.
On the other hand, SSC CGL aspirants are waiting for the tier 1 exam date. The exam was supposed to begin on July 25. Last year for CGL 2017 tier 1 exam, the admit card was released in July and the exam was held from August 5 to August 24. Last year 150404 candidates had qualified the tier 1 exam. Months later the Commission released a revised merit list in which 39434 more candidates were listed; 'Due to a technical glitch, a few tentative Answer Keys had not been revised. The Commission, therefore, undertook a comprehensive review,' it said in an official notification, then.
