IBPS RRB Office Assistant Result 2017: Date, Time; Know How, Where To Check
IBPS will declare the main exam result for RRB Office Assistant main exam soon. The IBPS RRB Office Assistant main exam was held on 12 November 2017. As per the official notification for IBPS CWE RRB VI, the exams are being conducted to fill 8,418 vacant Office Assistant posts. IBPS had released the score card for the office assistant exam on 16 October, few days after declaring the prelims result. As of now no official update has been given by IBPS, candidates should monitor the official website ibps.in.
'Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online Main examination to be considered to be shortlisted for provisional allotment. Depending on the number of vacancies available in each state, candidates will be shortlisted for provisional allotment,' reads the official notification of IBPS regarding the selection process. The provisional allotment for office assistant post will be in January 2018.
IBPS follows different scheme of selection for different posts. In case of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) candidates first had to appear in the Preliminary exam. Those who qualify the Preliminary exam appeared in a Main examination.
Candidates who are successful in the Main examination will be provisionally allotted as per the vacancies available with the participating Regional Rural banks.

IBPS makes arrangements for the exam, conducts online Preliminary examination, declares result of online Preliminary examination and informs the shortlisted candidates about the online Main examination.
