IBPS Asks Candidates To Stay Away From Distorted Job News
New Delhi:
With IBPS look-alike notifications going viral over internet, aspirants are in confusion, because no such update is available at the official website ibps.in. The dilemma started when fake job notification of IBPS RRB exam surfaced online and was carried by many blogs and websites which are usually subscribed by job aspirants. The notification, which is still available online, mentions of 14000 vacancies available under different Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Further the notification also mentioned that the application process will be completed within August. The notification, which closely resembles, the format of previously released IBPS notifications can allure any serious aspirant to believe in it.
Soon after IBPS RRB 'notification' went viral, we spoke to IBPS officials, to which they said the notification has not been released yet. IBPS official confirmed to NDTV that the notification will be released in July and candidates can apply thereafter.
Recently, another 'such' notification of IBPS PO has also caught the limelight thus making it really tough for the candidates.
In response to all these issues, IBPS has given an official statement in which it clearly denies any notification released for the common recruitment processes. Citing the viral notifications to be fake, IBPS has stated that, 'All the applicants and constituents are hereby informed that some websites /blogs are unauthorisedly publishing distorted information about the forthcoming Common Recruitment Processes to be undertaken by the IBPS. These unauthorized advertisements / notifications/ information are misguiding and creating confusion amongst the candidates and constituents of IBPS.'
It has further urged candidates to refer advertisements published on the official website of IBPS at ibps.in.
