Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has finally confirmed the release date of his much-talked about movie Babumoshai Bandookbaaz. Today, the 43-year-old actor shared a short clip on social media in which he introduces his character in the film. "Yamraaj ke liye outsourcing karne aa rahe hai hum!," he tweeted. Babumoshai Bandookbaaz is scheduled to release in theatres on August 25. The film will be clashing at the box-office with Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez's A Gentleman. Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be seen portraying the role of a contract killer in Babumoshai Bandookbaaz. The film has been directed by Kushan Nandy and also features Bengali actress Bidita Bag in the lead role.

Earlier this month, the makers of Babumoshai Bandookbaaz unveiled the teaser of the film. The one-and-a-half minute teaser describes Nawazuddin's character in the film as a 'show baaz' and 'daaru baaz.'
"The film is not just an action drama but a crazy roller-coaster ride into the life of 'Babu'. Raw and uninhibited and yet humorous," director Kushan Nandy said in a statement to news agency IANS.
Babumoshai Bandookbaaz has been produced by Kiran Shyam Shroff and Ashmith Kunder. The film has been widely shot in Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.
