Kolkata: India is trying for the extradition of former Union Carbide chairman Warren Anderson, Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said in Kolkata on Saturday.
"We are trying," Mukherjee said when asked whether India was trying for his extradition.
He was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a symposium on compliance management, governance and financial markets here.
