Binayak Sen's battler far from over

Raipur:

Finally a free man. Human rights activist Binayak Sen out of jail after two years for his alleged links with the Naxal movement. But his troubles may not be over as he feels that there is still threat to his life.

Says Binayak Sen: "The legal campaign against us has not been very moral. Now ... there might be extralegal means resorted to. That's what I was referring to for the threat against my life."

Binayak will continue to oppose the government sponsored anti-Maoist force Salwa Judum. But he is also against the Naxals' violent ways. For fellow-activist Illena, her husband's health is first priority. "He suffering form heart problem," she says.

After a two-year old ordeal finally comes the moment his family and his friends have been waiting for. Binayak Sen may be free, but the battle to prove his innocence is far form over.
