Will silicone implants affect breast feeding in anyway?

Two years ago, I got silicone implants in my breasts to increase their size. Now I am 8 weeks pregnant. Will these implants have any adverse effect on breast feeding and milk secretion? Is it safe to breast feed?

There have been no reported problems during pregnancy or breast feeding due to the use of silicone implants for augmentation mammoplasty. You can breast feed the child, you will not be having any problems because of the implant.
