New Delhi:

Shrayana Bhattacharya, author of the book Desperately Seeking Shah Rukh, finally managed to meet the actor at his residence Mannat. She shared a picture of SRK's home library and wrote that the book reached its "intended destination." She also shared picture of a handwritten note that Shah Rukh Khan wrote. The letter written by SRK read: "To Shrayana, Thank you for putting me to some good use. It's my love and thanks to you and all these wonderful women who like me so much. More power to you and your tribe Shrayana. Love Shah Rukh."

Sharing the post on her Instagram profile, Shrayana Bhattacharya wrote: "They say you should never meet your heroes. Whoever wrote/thought that had clearly never encountered Shah Rukh Khan. After meeting him for an hour at Mannat last night, I can only say that he is superhuman, not of this universe, yet the most humane. A million thanks to Pooja Dadlani without whom this would not have happened. The book has finally reached its intended destination: his library at Mannat." She added the hashtag #finallyfoundshahrukh.

Such a wonderful experience for all of us, especially me. You are a gem my man. The hard work, efficiency, and smiles with which you pulled off such difficult work is much appreciated. Also I love the fact that you love your drinks man. Have a good life in cinema- will miss you lots," read the letter signed off by SRK.
