Salman said he was sure that Shah Rukh and he could never be the best of friends

- On Koffee With Karan, Salman was adamant: "I am 100% sure that we will not be best of friends again. He's got his family and he's gone his way and I've gone my way. He doesn't need me, I don't need him."

- On a previous Koffee date, SRK famously apologised saying, "If Salman is disturbed with me, then it's got to do with me. And he's completely in the right. If anyone who's loved me has a problem with me, it's because of me. And, on your show, I'm sorry."
- But a televised apology wasn't enough for Salman. He told Karan: "He (SRK) could have come that same night and finished it off. He chose not to, so I said let it be. He passes my house four or five times a day. He should have come home at that point of time and rung the doorbell."
- Despite the bad blood between the Khans, Salman has no time for people who badmouth Shah Rukh. He said, "People think they can come and speak bad about him. I don't permit that at all."
