Tiger Zinda Hai marks Salman Khan's second collaboration with Ali Abbas Zafar after 2016 hit film Sultan.
In the film, Salman will reprise the role of an Indian intelligence office Avinash Rathore aka Tiger.
Tiger Zinda Hai is scheduled to release on theatres in December this year.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan was last seen in Kabir Khan's Tubelight, co-starring Sohail Khan, Chinese actress Zhu Zhu, Matin Rey Tangu and late actor Om Puri. The movie failed the audience and tanked at the box office.
In a recent interview with news agency PTI, Kabir Khan said that he was 'disappointed' with Tubelight's box-office result.
"I am disappointed. You make a film with a lot of love and conviction and if it doesn't do well the way it was expected to do, it's disheartening," PTI quoted Kabir Khan as saying.
Salman Khan will also be seen doing a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan's next film, directed by Aanand L Rai.
