New Delhi:

Richa Chadha went on a lunch date with her "bae' Ali Fazal on Wednesday and the duo were even happily posing for selfies but it was a matter of a few minutes before she got distracted by...wait for it...food. Yes, food. On Wednesday evening, Richa Chadha shared two pictures from her "lunch date" with Ali Fazal and while in the first photo, she can be seen smiling for camera, the second one shows her looking at her food and drinks. "Lunch date with bae," Richa Chadha wrote in her caption and added: "Swipe to next to see a person distracted by food." In the pictures, the actress can be seen sporting a white top while Ali Fazal can be seen wearing a black sweatshirt. Resharing the pictures on his Instagram profile, Ali Fazal wrote: "It's a good day. Love you."

Take a look at Richa's post here:

Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha have been together for over five years now. They got engaged last year and were supposed to get married in April the same year but postponed their wedding because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The duo turned producers earlier this month. Their production company Pushing Buttons Studios collaborated with Sanjay Gulati, Pooja Chauhan's Crawling Angel Films and Claire Chassagne's Dolce Vita Films to back Shuchi Talati's Girls Will Be Girls.

Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha have been living together for quite some time. Last year, describing Ali Fazal as a "fun" flatmate in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Richa Chadha said: "He is fun, and unlike most boys, likes to help around. He chose the curtains without fuss; luckily, our aesthetics match for the most part. It's good to finally be able to take decisions together, right from what soap to buy to which maid to hire."
