Preity Zinta has allowed us to take a look at her “weekend surprise”. Hint: It has an IPL connection. She bump into former Punjab Kings player Chris Gayle and the two decided to click a series of pictures. We could also spot Paresh Ghelani in the frames. Preity Zinta, dressed in salwar kameez, is channelling her inner desi vibes. The trio smile ear-to-ear as they pose for the lens. For her side note, Preity Zinta wrote, “Weekend surprise. Always fun to bump into Chris Gayle and Paresh Ghelani.” Her hashtags went like this, “Desi vibe, Ting.”

Preity Zinta's love for cricket is no secret. Fans have always seen her cheering for her team Punjab Kings during the tournament. And, Preity also makes it a point to make her team feel special. After IPL 2022 got over, Preity penned a thank you note for all her fans. It read, “IPL 2022 has been a roller coaster ride for us and all the Punjab Kings fans. A heartfelt thank you to all our fans for the constant love and support throughout this tournament. I promise that we will come back better, stronger and more evolved next year. Take care and stay safe folks. Loads of love always.”

Preity Zinta had also shared  frame from her children Jai & Gia's first IPL game. Along with a picture of the two taken from the back, she wrote, “New team, new captain and new fans. Thank you Punjab Kings for such a fantastic run chase and for making Jai & Gia's first IPL game so memorable. I cannot stop.”
