What's the best way to share an update on an action film? Before you answer this, take a quick glance at Ayushmann Khurrana's latest post. He posted a shirtless throwback photo of himself from Paris to share his excitement for his forthcoming film, which is titled An Action Hero. The photo appears to be from his vacation with his wife and children. Ayushmann's caption for the shirtless snap is epic. He wrote, “Morning. Want to write a song called ‘O kehndi mainu Daddy.' Haan haan, iss caption ki ek story daali thi. But this deserved to be as a post caption.” “BTW, abhi neend poori nahi hui. Where's my eye mask? I want to go back to sleep again. These blackout curtains are a fail. Anyway, it's a throwback picture. Ek action film aane waali hai. Bahut excited hoon (an action film is set to release. Am very excited),” Ayushmann Khurrana added.
Singer Lisa Mishra found the caption quite hilarious. Reacting to the post, she commented, “Love that this is the promo for an action film (laughing icon).” Casting director Mukesh Chhabra was curious about the film, so, he asked, “Kaun si?”

He, however, had not disclosed the location then. “Where am I? Wrong answers only,” Ayushmann asked his friends and fans, sharing these two snaps of himself from the balcony of a lavish stay.
An Action Hero is slated to release on December 2 this year. It marks the directorial debut of Anirudh Iyer. The film is produced by Aanand L Rai and T-Series. Anirudh Iyer has worked with the filmmaker as an assistant director on many projects.
Ayushmann Khurrana will be seen in a never-seen-before look in An Action Hero. Earlier this year, he shared a blurry poster of the film on social media and announced the release date. “Stay in the blur till 2nd of December 2022,” the actor wrote.
The makers of An Action Hero announced the film in October last year. It will star Ayushmann Khurrana in and as ‘Action Hero.' The actor was last seen in Doctor G.
