The Los Angeles police is investigating the case andit was not immediately clear if Weston had been questioned inconnection with the incident or if the incident was beingtreated as a crime, the sources said.
Some reports have also claimed that the incidentoccurred after Weston's new songwriter-wife Nikki Williamsstormed out of their Hollywood home following a row. Thecouple was married in April this year.
