A day after Shah Rukh Khan interacted with fans on Twitter, Madhuri Dixit decided to conduct an Ask Me Anything session too. She was asked by a twitter user: "Your best film with Shah Rukh Khan." The actress was asked had a name ready. She replied,"Dil Toh Pagal Hai, of course." Madhuri Dixit and Shah Rukh Khan have worked together in several films, especially in the Nineties and the early 2000s, most of which were hits. The list includes Devdas, Dil To Pagal Hai, Koyla, Anjaam, among many others.

Dil To Pagal Hai, which released in 1997, was a massive hit and it showcased the story of Rahul (played by SRK), Pooja (Madhuri Dixit) and Nisha (Karisma Kapoor). Rahul fails to reciprocate his childhood friend Nisha's feelings for him and falls in love with Pooja, who joins their troupe as a dancer after Nisha gets injured. What follows is a love triangle. Akshay Kumar has a cameo in the film. He stars as Ajay, Pooja's childhood friend who is in love with her.
Madhuri Dixit was last seen in Netflix's The Fame Game, co-starring Sanjay Kapoor and Manav Kaul. The series opened to mixed reviews from critics.
Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Zero, with Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The actor announce his next film Pathaan on Wednesday. It will also feature Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
