Aniston used her celebrity status for a good cause as she filmed a new TV ad for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Friends star appears alongside a little girl battling cancer in the 30 second commercial, who was given just weeks to live before receiving pioneering treatment at the hospital.
"Last year, sick with cancer, Jordyn was given just weeks to live," says the 41-year-old actress in the commercial.
And Jordyn says, "Now I'm in the St Jude commercial." As she kisses the girl on the face, Aniston tells her, "In it? You're the star of it."
The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is located in Memphis, Tennessee and is one of the world's leading children's hospitals.
