There has been a spate of speculation over Bhandarkar's upcoming projects.
In September, it was reported that Bhandarkar had been asked by T-Series head honcho Bhushan Kumar to remake the superhit that starred Rahul Roy and Anu Agarwal.
The other buzz was about Bhandarkar's
Fashion 2, for which he is rumoured to have approached Madhuri Dixit, who is back from the US to Mumbai for good.
But for now, the filmmaker is looking forward to working with Kareena Kapoor on
Heroine. The project was supposed to star Aishwarya Rai, but she was replaced after she announced her pregnancy.
