  • "LAPD detectives responded to Charlie Sheen's home this evening to investigate a possible violation of a temporary restraining order," LAPD spokeswoman Norma Eisenman said about the last night's visit to Sheen's home in a Beverly Hills.
  • "It came to the attention of the LAPD that Sheen is the registered owner of firearms...to determine if he is in possession of firearms and ammunition in violation of the (restraining order)," LAPD said about their visit.
  • They confiscated bullets and an antique gun, but Sheen was not arrested or detained he, in fact, calmly ate dinner during the search, the magazine said.The former couple have reached a private custody agreement but as per the standard temporary restraining orders, "the restrained person cannot possess, have, buy or try to buy, receive or try to receive, or in any other way get guns, other firearms or ammunition."
