Bridgerton season 2 was an emotional rollercoaster. It taught us a lot about sisterhood, family, values and above all, love. From Anthony Bridgerton and Kate Sharma's intense romance to the first look at Daphne and Simon's son, we couldn't control our happy tears. Yes, we all did miss the absence of the Duke of Hastings, Simon, played by Regé-Jean Page in the first season. But, that's okay. The latest season had a lot to offer. Yes, we are talking about the showstoppers of the season - the Sharma sisters, Kate and Edwina, played by Simone Ashley and Charithra Chandran, respectively.

Well, we would like to start with Simone Ashley.
1. Simone Ashley aka Simone Ashwini Pillai is a British-Indian actress.
2. All Sex Education fans out there would probably know her. She played Olivia Hanan in the Netflix series.
3. Simone Ashley was never interested in academics. She was more inclined toward music, arts, and photography. Speaking to Vogue, she had said, “I was the only non-academic in my family. Music, film, photography and art were my fortes. My family has always been incredibly helpful and supportive.”
4. She is an alumnus of Redroofs School for the Performing Arts.
5. ForSimone Ashley, director Quentin Tarantino has been one of her earliest influences.

1. Charithra Chandran holds a strong academic background.
2. She has completed her studies at Oxford University in philosophy, politics and economics
3. She also worked as Research Analyst at New Policy Institute.
4. Charithra Chandran currently lives in Oxford city with her mother.
