The screening officer can see an image of theunclothed body, while the passenger's face is blurred. Oncethe passenger has been screened the "naked" imagery isdeleted.

"My boyfriend sailed through with no problems, whichis rather ironic in that he fits the stereotypical look of aterrorist when his beard has grown a bit," she said.

"After the search, I noticed that the male agent whohad pulled me out of line was smiling and whispering with twoother agents and glancing at me. I was outraged," she added.

"It isn't right to hide behind the veil of securityand safety in order to take advantage of women, or even menfor that matter, so that you can see them naked. It's a misuseof power and authority, and as much a personal violation as aPeeping Tom. The difference is that Peeping Toms can havecharges pressed against them," said the model.

An airport security spokesman denied any improperbehaviour by staff. But it is only a week since Fergie, thesinger from the group Black Eyed Peas, was also forced to gothrough a full body scan.
