The menu at the recently-concluded wedding of actor Salman Khan's sister Arpita and Aayush Sharma may have been crafted by the chefs of Hyderabad's Falaknuma Palace but the wedding cake was the creation of Mumbai-based baker Pooja Dhingra.
The many-tiered cake weighed 150 kilos and took seven pairs of hands three days to bake and assemble.

The cake was studded with gold macarons, decorated with sugar flowers and topped by gold foil emblazoned with the initials of the bride and groom - AA.
The elaborate cake structure was assembled at the Falaknuma Palace.
Arpita and Aayush were married according to Punjabi Hindu rituals last night. The grand affair was attended by celebrities like Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra and Sania Mirza.
