Anil Kapoor celebrates his birthday today. And, it seems like he is turning younger with each passing year. His suave looks, unparalleled energy and zest of life at 65 has made him the poster boy for everlasting youth in Bollywood. While his work in the movies and social media posts make it seem like he is ageing backwards, Anil Kapoor's friend and director-choreographer Farah Khan Kunder has now let the world in on the secret of his youth. And, like Anil Kapoor, his secret is just as wholesome. Farah Khan shared a series of throwbacks pictures with Anil Kapoor and said that it is, in fact, his love for life and work, as well as his upbringing that makes him who he is.
The caption reads, “Loving this man since 1992. Everyone talks of how young he looks but only a few know the reason – his zest for life, his passion for his work and middle-class upbringing that keeps him grounded. Papaji, tussi great ho (You are great). Happy birthday Anil Kapoor. Love you, papaji. My morning bitch fest partner.”

Anil Kapoor's brother, producer Boney Kapoor has picked a throwback picture with the actor from the sets of Judaai to wish him on the special day. He too spoke about how Anil Kapoor is getting younger each year. Boney Kapoor has also shared some trivia about the image and wrote, “This was on the sets of Judaai in 1995 When he was 39 years of age and I was 40. Today in 2021, December 24, he looks better and fitter as he celebrates his birthday. Many happy returns of the day, stay blessed and continue to look younger with every passing year.” Judaai featured Boney Kapoor's late wife, veteran actress Sridevi, opposite Anil Kapoor.
On December 23, just one day before his birthday, Anil Kapoor celebrated his father, producer Surinder Kapoor's birthday anniversary. The actor shared an image of his late father on Instagram Stories and said, “Happy birthday, dad! Miss you every day…love you always. I hope I am making you proud."
Anil Kapoor made his acting debut in 1979 in Hamare Tumhare. His first role as a hero came in 1980 in the Telugu film, Vamsa Vruksham. In Bollywood, his first film as a hero was Woh Saat Din and he has enjoyed a successful career in cinema ever since. Anil Kapoor is married to designer Sunita Kapoor. The actor has three children. Of them, Sonam Kapoor and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor are actors, while Rhea Kapoor is a producer.
