Both the Model Y Long Range and Model Y L share the same 83 kWh battery and top out at 250 kW charging speed. Yet the Model Y L actually squeezes out 20 km more range on a full charge, which is pretty remarkable given that it's the bigger car and runs an all-wheel-drive system that adds extra weight.
