Kawasaki has updated the Ninja ZX-10R for the Indian market. The new iteration of the supersport has been launched at a starting price of Rs 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom). This reflects a hike of Rs 99,000 over the previous model year sold in the country. This iteration of the bike remains unchanged in its design. However, the Japanese automaker has altered the power output of the machine.
Diving into the details, the 2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R features the same 998cc in-line four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with a six-speed transmission. However, the power output is now rated at 193 hp at 13,000 rpm and 112 Nm of torque at 11,400 rpm. This is a drop of 7 hp and 2.9 Nm compared to the MY25 model. Meanwhile, the rest of the mechanical elements continue to be the same.

The braking setup consists of dual 330mm front discs and a single 220mm rear disc. The bike also comes equipped with an Ohlins electronic steering damper.
In terms of features, the bike gets a TFT console with smartphone connectivity, multiple riding modes, dual-channel ABS, cruise control, launch control, engine brake control, and traction control.
Furthermore, the design remains the same, with the dual-headlamp design complemented by an aggressive design representing its performance-oriented nature. All of this is available in two colour options: Metallic Graphite Gray with Metallic Diablo Black and a combination of Lime Green, Ebony, and Pearl Blizzard White.
