Maruti Suzuki India has updated the Ertiga MPV with a bunch of new features. These changes have been made silently without any formal announcement from the brand. However, these changes are listed in the latest browser of the MPV. These changes in the feature list might improve the appeal of the vehicle for the consumers because of the added convenience that it brings to the table.
This update comes right before the festive season, when the automakers anticipate an increase in sales. It will likely be beneficial for the brand considering the fact that it is already among the best-selling MPVs in the country. However, the rest of the details of the vehicle remain the same without any revisions in the mechanics.

To begin with, the rear roof spoiler has undergone a redesign. The new design features a more pronounced appearance and includes black inserts on both side curves. Notably, it is now standard across all variants. Although the updated spoiler had been observed on customer vehicles for some time, Maruti has only recently made it officially known.
Next, the second-row AC vents have been moved from the roof to a position below, located behind the center console. Additionally, the third row is now equipped with dedicated vents that have blower speed control, situated on the right side. Furthermore, Maruti has added Type-C USB ports, with two available for both the second and third rows, enhancing convenience for passengers wishing to charge multiple devices.
Maruti Suzuki Ertiga remains unchanged in terms of its mechanical components and continues to feature the 1.5-litre petrol engine that delivers 102 bhp and 136.8 Nm, available with either a five-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission. A CNG version, producing 87bhp and 121.5Nm, is also offered and comes with a manual transmission. With all of this, the vehicle continues to have a starting price of Rs 8.96 lakh (ex-showroom).
