Howrah, West Bengal:
A class eight student of a private school in West Bengal's Howrah was allegedly beaten with iron chains by his teacher for talking in class on Thursday.
The teacher was arrested after the student's father, horrified by the punishment, filed a First Information Report or FIR, the police said.
