India's concerns on terror are not outdated: Nirupama Rao

India's Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao has reacted sharply to her Pakistani counterpart Salman Bashir's comment that "India's concerns about terror emanating from inside Pakistan are outdated." Speaking in Paris, Rao said India's concerns are "very real and they have to be addressed."
