INDIA Bloc Protests: Delhi Braces For Protests As Trains Cancelled, 57 Metro Stations Face Restrictions

Delhi is preparing for major protests on October 10, with disruptions expected across rail, metro and road networks. Several mail and express trains scheduled to reach Hazrat Nizamuddin between 4 am and 2 pm will be cancelled if they depart their originating stations after 2 pm on October 9. The move follows protests that reportedly caused around 5,000 passengers to miss trains. Delhi Police sources say 221 CAPF companies and around 20,000 police personnel are being deployed, while entry and exit restrictions are planned at 57 metro stations.
