Chennai:
Indian National League (INL) today announced its support to the ruling AIADMK in the December 4 bypoll to Yercaud assembly constituency.
INL would also campaign for the AIADMK candidate, INL President Syed J Inayathullah said in a statement in Chennai.
The bypoll was necessitated by the death of sitting AIADMK legislator C Perumal in July.
DMK has already nominated V Maran as its candidate for the bypoll and appealed to all opposition parties to extend support to the party.
