Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh:
A large number of students in Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh took out a rally on Thursday against the alleged gang-rape of a girl in Delhi.
The protesters shouted slogans and criticised the government for its failure to protect women from sexual
harassment in the national capital.
Later, they met East Godavari SP Siva Sankar Reddy and presented a memorandum requesting the government to take steps for preventing recurrence of such crimes against women.
