Steve Harvey isn't going to be allowed to forget his public flub in which he announced the wrong Miss Universe any time soon. Not while Ellen DeGeneres is around. Last month, the American comedian mistakenly crowned Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez while hosting the Miss Universe pageant before correcting himself and announcing Miss Philippines Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach as the winner.
Countless memes and jokes followed and then Ms Gutierrez made an appearance on
The Steve Harvey Show last week. It seemed to the world that the two had finally made peace once and for all - what with all the tears, hugs, laughter and jokes ("You have to learn how to read cards," Ms Gutierrez had told the host).
However, television host Ellen DeGeneres seems to think their first meeting after the pageant didn't go quite as planned.
In a video that's gone viral, Ellen uncovers what 'really' happened when Steve Harvey came face to face with Ariadna Gutierrez for the first time since the embarrassing gaffe. "I don't think she's quite over it," said the host before playing a parody clip of the meeting.
