For a jewellery brand's event last night, the budding actress was a presenter and it wasn't only her oratory skills that held the audience captive. Spotted in a gold number, Waluscha looked nothing short of a glam goddess. Her molten gold ensemble by Gavin Miguel consisted of a striped skirt which turned sheer as it moved downward towards the hem. The upper bodice was a crossed halter front and transparent panel at the back which gave us a peek of her taut midriff. Together they seemed to say business on the bottom, party on top. Definitely a unique choice which Waluscha pulled off with her coy smile and svelte physique.
Complementing the all gold look is dewy skin (don't miss the strobed shoulders), bronzed eyes, mauve lips and side-swept curls. Except for diamonds onWaluscha's ears, it was accessory-free; a smart choice considering the glistening gown. It may have been an event by a diamond house but Waluscha's stunning gold outfit was enough to give even King Midas a complex.
Gold gowns are a red carpet staple, whether it's a gala or at an awards function. What set this one apart was its interesting cut-out detailing at the midriff. Sexy and summer appropriate? Yes, please. We're assuming that's what Waluscha De Sousa said when she chose the number.

While her stunning looks set her for success in the modelling world; in her thirties, Waluscha De Sousa made her Bollywood debut in Fan with Shah Rukh Khan. We may not have heard a peep from her since then, but the good news is this year, Waluscha is set to star in Time To Dance with Isabelle Kaif and Sooraj Pancholi. Does that mean more appearances, Waluscha? We sure hope so.
