Step 1 - The right cleansing products can make or break sensitive skin. To start your skincare routine, begin with a soap-free facial cleanser. Squirt a coin sized amount of it in your palm and massage it into your face with your fingertips. Especially after a long day spent wearing makeup, this step will thoroughly clean up after you. Allow the cleanser to sit for a minute and splash it off with cold water.
Step 2 - Next, take a single pump of a foaming cleanser and apply it over your face and neck. Use a light hand to lather it into your skin with your fingertips and leave it for another minute.
Step 3 - Wash the cleanser off and splash your skin with cold water. This will constrict the vessels and pores to give your sensitive skin a fresh, clean feel. Pat your skin dry and move on to the next step.
Step 4 - Soak a cotton pad with a gentle, soothing toner and apply it all over your face while ensuring you avoid your eyes and lips. Let it air dry naturally for 2 minutes and move on to the final step.
Step 5 - Apply a lightweight moisturiser on your face and neck with circular motions of your fingertips and allow it to soak into your skin for a minute. Choose wisely because the right moisturiser won't weigh down your sensitive skin or clog your pores.
