5 Homemade Face Mask Recipes For The Winters
1. Coffee And Cocoa Mask
Cocoa is a rich antioxidant which repairs the damaged skin while coffee is beneficial in stimulating blood circulation, brightening the complexion and reducing acne. The combination of cocoa and coffee will be useful in repairing dull, damaged skin. Take 1 tablespoon of each coffee and cocoa powder. Add a spoon of honey and a little milk to it. Mix it well to form a paste. Apply the paste to your face for 20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. You will be surprised with soft and radiant skin.

2. Avocado And Honey Mask
Avocado pulp has abundant antioxidants which keeps your skin mosturised while the calming characteristics of honey can soothe the skin from the itchiness caused by the winters.Add 2 tablespoons of mashed avocados to a bowl and add a spoon of honey with rosewater. Mix to form a thick paste which can be applied thoroughly on the face. Keep the face mask on for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing it off.

3. Papaya Mask
Papain is an enzyme present in papaya which is known to remove dead cells and make the skin supple and radiant. Mash a part of a papaya and add milk to form a paste. Milk helps to cleanse the pores and calms the skin. Apply the paste to your face and keep it on till it dried off. Then wash it off with cold water.

4. Curd And Turmeric Mask
Rich in lactic acid, curd helps in removal of dead skin. This characteristic of the ingredient can be useful in rejuvenating dull skin in winters. Turmeric on the other hand, has antibacterial characteristics which prevent acne. Take two spoons of curd and add a pinch of turmeric to it. Mix well and apply on the face for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water to get lively and supple skin.

5. Rice Flour And Oatmeal Mask
Rice flour contains anti-inflammatory properties while oats act as natural cleansers to remove dirt and ol from the clogged pores. Take a spoon of rice flour, oatmeal and add 2 spoons of honey to it. Mix well to form a thick paste which can be applied on the face and kept for 20 minutes. You will get a cleaner and rejuvenated looking face.
