Milind, who is an athlete, champion swimmer, model, marathon runner and actor, already has many feathers in his hat and adding another one does not seem like a tough task for him. The actor recently participated in the Sydney Marathon, where the fitness enthusiast ran for 42 kilometres. The run route included some iconic places like Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
In a post today he shared what the experience meant to him, The caption read, "Sydney was hot !!!! @sydney_marathon is a candidate to become a world major, and the organizers did all they could to make the experience super special for all participants The route is spectacularly pretty, tough and hilly, passing historic and iconic Sydney sights and finally ending at the gorgeous Sydney Opera house. The heat was unexpected and unusual for the time of year, more than 30°c, but that's what a marathon means, facing the unexpected and difficult, but not giving up and persevering till the end. A Big thank you to the Marathon organizers for inviting us and congratulations to the thousands who ran, because all who run - WIN!!!!!!! I might be back next year for this fabulous race, so would anyone like to join for the 42k, 21k or 10k ???
Earlier, The Four More Shots Please! star shared the video of him on Instagram in which he crossed the finishing line in the trademark gesture. While Milind claimed that he tried it after a long time, he achieved the feat in just 24 minutes.

Through his caption, the actor revealed that while many believe that running on the sand is good for joints, if you do so there is also the risk of an injury. His caption read, “Above the water or below, Sipadan is amazing… Most people think that running in the sand is better for joints, but if your core is not strong enough to maintain posture and form on a soft surface, the risk of injury might actually increase…”
