Tulsi, Lemon & Ginger Herbal Tea

Ingredients:

Fresh Tulsi (holy basil) leaves - 5 Nos.

Fresh ginger grated: 1 teaspoon

Jaggery: 1 tablespoon

Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons

Water: 300 ml

Method:

1. Wash the Tulsi and ginger.

2.Grate the ginger.

3.Put the water for boiling, add tulsi and ginger.

4.Boil for 3-4 minutes.

5.Add jaggery and lemon juice, mix well and turn off the heat

6.Strain and serve hot

2 cups water

1. Heat water on slow flame and add tulsi sprigs and ginger.

2.Let it boil slowly and reduce for some time.

3.Strain the liquid into two cups and add honey and lemon to taste.
