Jammu:
A teacher was today arrested for allegedly harassing girl students in a government school in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, police officials said.
A teacher, identified as Gulzar Hussain of Mankote Higher Secondary School in Poonch teased and harassed girls, and even tried to lure them that their marks will be enhanced, they said.
The complaints, which came to police, were investigated and proofs collected, they said, adding, the teacher was arrested and a case registered against him in this regard.
