As the NDA government completes one year in office. On Monday, PM Modi went to Mathura, the native place of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhayay and addressed an audience at the Deen Dayal Dham. He also addressed the first of BJP's 200 rallies planned nationwide to celebrate the government's one year in power.

Prime Minister Modi started the day by writing a letter to the nation. The letter appeared in most leading newspapers this morning. BJP chief Amit Shah, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, and Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani addressed press conferences and rallies to mark the Modi governments one year in power.
