Highlights: Congress conspiracy behind Kataria chargesheet in Sohrabuddin case, says BJP

• In the Sohrabuddin encounter case, a supplementary chargesheet has been filed in which our leader from Rajasthan has been named
• I believe this is a well-planned conspiracy by the UPA government and we will fight this politically

• We had said when Amit Shah was named that there was no truth in the matter
• When his bail plea was heard, it was proved correct - we saw there was no evidence
• Unlike in other murder cases, trial court gave him bail and that was confirmed by the High Court and the Supreme Court
• Lies can have many versions, the truth has just one
  
• The case has now been changed - marble lobby is a new angle that has been added
• We have no hope from CBI and its officials will make an unbiased investigation

• The Attorney General on May 27, 2011 said, "More evidence should be collected and only then it should be considered  that whether he should be joined as an accused."
• There is 100-times more evidence in the Railway Board member in which the CBI director has today said there is no evidence
• The nation needs to think about the questions raised about the CBI's integrity and credibility
• They can keep misusing the CBI. Our leadership will not run scared. They will suffer in the elections
