There is bad news for the Congress in Delhi. After losing the Assembly elections in Gujarat, the party has lost both seats in the Delhi by-polls as well.
Congress has lost the Dwarka seat to the BJP and the Okhla seat to the RJD.
Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, however, has said that this is not a setback for the party.
