Chandigarh:
The Punjab police is investigating an MMS which shows a man being beaten mercilessly by police officers.
The MMS does not reveal the victim's face clearly.
Two policemen, who were identified on the basis of the MMS, have been suspended.
Early checks suggest the incident took place at the Bhogpur Police station near Jallandhar. However, the date is not clear.
The police will talk to constables at this police station to identify the victim, and to decide on what happens next.
