The normal seminal fluid is viscid but gets liquefied with time. The poor quality of sperms including the loss of head has no definite cause. There are several reasons reported i.e. immunological or nutritional. Normal sperm count is 60-70 million but any healthy count above 10 million is taken as sufficient for producing a child. The pus cells are commonly seen in the fluid due to contamination of semen during collection.
