Painful urination

Question
I am a 26 yrs old guy and I AM working in hotel industry and I work for continuosly for 7 hours in night. Now I have painful urination and I have taken ultra sound scan. The results shows that prostate measures 39*29*33mm size and shows posterior small cyst of 9*9 mm size and I have consulted an Urologist. He says it need a surgery. Pls clear my doubts regarding this problem but kidney, gall bladder, pancreas spleens,liver seems to be normal

Ultrasound is an operator dependent investigation and hence your urologist will have to make a decision depending upon a good ultrasound and endoscopy. I do not think you should worry and leave it to his wisdom.
