How do I donate my organs?

You can get a donor card from any large hospital doing transplants and fill it in. Alternatively you can type out a statement on a piece of paper stating that you wish to donate your organs after your death and have your signature witnessed by two people. Don't forget to inform your relatives that this is your wish.
