Strips have a expiry date on the bottle but once opened should be consumed in a span of three months time. Nowadays some of the bottles have a packing of 10 as well. Meters do not have expiry but from time to time these should be calibrated. Lancets also have a expiry on the packing. After expiry strips and lancets should not be used.
