I got my thyroid tests done and the report is T4 - 8.04, T3 - 1.1 and T S H - 8.27. I have a healthy life style, exercise regularly and have a balanced diet. Please let me know what does this report indicate?

As per your reports you have subclinical hypothyroidism and the treatment depends upon the cause of hypothyroidism and whether you have high cholesterol or not. So get anti-TPO done along with lipid profile and get back to me. In case these tests are abnormal then you will need medications.
